Managing Director

A senior executive with over 28 years of international experience in consultancy, and cross-cultural negotiations. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on acculturation and international business dynamics, and has pursued academic studies in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Lebanon.

Karim supports organizations in building sustainable strategic partnerships across diverse cultural environments. He also brings expertise in professional translation and cross-cultural communication, enabling organizations to operate effectively across English, Arabic, French, and Dutch-speaking markets.

Ghinage Hamieh

Holds a Master's degree in Translation, Language Interpretation, and Translation Studies, Ghinage is a skilled translation professional with over 8 years of experience as a subtitler, interpreter, and translator across legal, technical, and medical fields.

She delivers precise, culturally informed language solutions in French, English, and Arabic, helping organizations communicate effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries.

In addition to her professional practice, Ghinage serves as a translation instructor, mentoring language professionals and supporting organizations in developing strong multilingual communication strategies.

Myrthe Nijdam

Holds a Bachelor of Education and she is responsible for cultural adaptation and Dutch language specialization at Masader Consultancy, with a focus on medical research documentation and technical content.

Myrthe worked on several cross-cultural projects, ensuring that materials are not only accurately translated into Dutch but also aligned with local terminology, professional standards, and cultural context, supporting international research and communication in the Netherlands.
